full-bodied with aromas of jasmine, white melon, candied ginger and white peach, rich and refreshing with flavors nectarine, Meyer lemon and key lime, finishing bright with fresh acidity and minerality


Gebr. Ludwig “Trocken” | Riesling | Mosel, Germany
aromas of orange blossom, lime and white grapefruit, followed by mouth-watering flavors of lime and mandarin orange, finishing with mineral and citrus zest, well-balanced sweetness and acid

Alain Jaume “Bellissime” | Grenache/Cinsault | Cotes du Rhone, France
made from mostly Grenache and Cinsault with a bit of Syrah, this wine has a intense core of rich, red-cherry fruit around firm minerality and a remarkably long finish


Unico Zelo “Esoterico” | Unique blend | Australia
made from white grapes, but not quite white, yet not exactly a rose, it’s called “Amber wine”; one of my favorite and fun wines from all of last year; apricot, overripe peach, tannic and bright acid – SO FUN!

Freixenet | Cava Brut | Spain
loads of flavor here with this super clean and fresh Cava – which goes through the same method as Champagne, so it has tons of rich flavor but with the crispness to make it a pleasant everyday drinker

Champagne quality without the price; fresh bread, apple and lemon


Saracco | Moscato d’Asti | Italy
fragrant, foaming sparkler with rich scents of yellow stone fruit and herbs, juicy apricot and ripe yellow peach on the palate

medium -to full-bodied with aromas of red berries with rich, cooked red fruits and toasty vanilla on the palate opening to a lush, long-lasting finish
